Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

§ 1 Parties to the Agreement and Scope of Activity
- The owner of the Store jinbei-store.pl/eu is Delta, Hubert Adamczyk, with its registered office in Kraków, Nad Potokiem 25/28, NIP 678-170-38-79, REGON 356687573. The other party to the agreement, making purchases via the Store, is hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
- Sales and deliveries offered by the Store are carried out on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Placing an order in the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
- Available means of communication between the Customer and the Store are:
e-mail: info@jinbei-store.pl - All products offered by the Store are brand new (unless stated otherwise) and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
- The content and all commercial information published on the website http://jinbei-store.pl/eu constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code and do not constitute a binding offer. This applies to all products offered.
- Orders may be placed via the online store or by e-mail: info@jinbei-store.pl (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
- In order to receive a VAT invoice, the Customer must provide invoicing details when placing the order and select the appropriate option. Otherwise, a fiscal receipt will be issued.
- The Customer consents to the processing of their e-mail address and personal data by the Store for the purpose of order processing, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- A natural person placing an order in the Store must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- If the website http://jinbei-store.pl/eu or the order confirmation contains significant errors (defined as errors that a reasonable seller would not have accepted had they been aware of them), relating to the product price or the terms of the contract, and the Customer knew or could easily have noticed such errors, or if the error was caused by the Customer, the Store may avoid the legal effects of the contract. In such a case, the parties shall return all performances received.
§ 3 Prices and Product Descriptions
- Product prices and descriptions presented on http://jinbei-store.pl/eu constitute commercial information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. They become binding upon confirmation of the order by the Store.
- All prices listed on http://jinbei-store.pl/eu are gross prices and include VAT, in accordance with tax regulations.
- Delivery costs are calculated separately and displayed during the ordering process. Estimated delivery costs may be checked in the shipping/delivery section.
- The Store is responsible only for prices and descriptions published on its own website http://jinbei-store.pl/eu. Prices and descriptions published on other websites (e.g. price comparison services) require verification on the Store’s website.
§ 4 Payment
- The Customer may pay for the purchased goods using the following methods:
- cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the shipment, Poland only)
- bank transfer to the company’s account held with mBank – account number: 54 1140 2004 0000 3602 3457 9532. When choosing this payment method, the order number and the name and surname of the recipient must be included in the transfer title (the goods are shipped after the payment is credited to the account).

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
- A Consumer, within the meaning of the Civil Code, is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform the Store of their decision by means of a clear statement.
- In the event of withdrawal, the Store shall refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Store is informed of the withdrawal.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before its expiry.
- The Store may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.
- The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
§ 6 Delivery Terms
- Goods are delivered via postal services or courier companies from the warehouse to the address provided by the Customer.
- To facilitate shipment processing, in the case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer should include their name and order number in the transfer title.
- If the Customer chooses prepayment and fails to make payment within 7 days, the contract shall cease to be binding and the Customer must place a new order.
- Order processing time includes preparation and delivery. Orders are processed on business days only. If the product is in stock, the standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
- If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed and may decide whether to wait for delivery or cancel the order.
§ 7 Damage During Transport
- If the shipment shows signs of damage, the Customer is obliged to prepare a damage report in the presence of the carrier.
- The Customer may refuse to accept a damaged shipment and must immediately notify the Store.
- If hidden damage is discovered after delivery, the Customer should immediately notify the carrier and the Store by e-mail: info@jinbei-store.pl.
§ 8 Warranty
- Warranty claims may be handled via the Store or, at the Customer’s request, directly with the manufacturer. Trademarks, names, logos and information are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
- In the case of products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the Customer may exercise rights arising from the warranty or statutory warranty (rękojmia).
- A physical defect occurs when the sold item is non-compliant with the contract, including lack of properties required for its intended use.
- Complaints are processed within 21 days from receipt of the complained goods.
- The Store does not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
§ 9 Final Provisions
- Pursuant to the Act of 29 July 2005 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, Customers may return used equipment of the same type to the Store.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
- Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by applicable provisions of Polish law.
